01 Acceptance of Terms

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active m.slotvip account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, m.slotvip reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

03 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m.slotvip account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. m.slotvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

m.slotvip is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.3 Account Currency

All transactions on the m.slotvip platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

m.slotvip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your m.slotvip wallet instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

m.slotvip does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. m.slotvip aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

m.slotvip reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4.3 Unclaimed Balances

Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. m.slotvip will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

m.slotvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

m.slotvip strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, m.slotvip reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the m.slotvip platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors. Return to Player (RTP) rates for slot games are published within each game's information panel.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on m.slotvip's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed the authoritative and final result. m.slotvip's decision on all game outcomes is final and binding.

m.slotvip reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the Player's account.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m.slotvip platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age;

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m.slotvip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

m.slotvip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall m.slotvip's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your m.slotvip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

m.slotvip collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Termination

m.slotvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity.

You may close your m.slotvip account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent m.slotvip from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
